Reservations

Rent six nights get seventh night free.

Must be paid in full at time of reservation. Cancellation required 5-days prior or non refundable.
Gate cards available for a $25.00 deposit.

2019 Rental Policy

A deposit equal to one (1) night(s) stay is due 30 days prior to rental date(s). Cancellations less than two (2) weeks of rental date(s) are non-refundable. There is a $50.00 refundable cleaning deposit and a $50.00 refundable pet deposit due at check in. The deposits are refundable within 7-10 days.

Rental Units

Classic Cabin

$75 per night or $460 for a seven day week. Must be paid in full at time of reservation.

 

Al’s Country Cabin

$100 per night. Al’s Country Cabin is a primitive cabin. Must be paid in full at time of reservation.

 

Primitive

$20 per night. Must be paid in full at time of reservation.

Lake Village Campground Membership Descriptions for the 2019 Camping Season

Phase  l / l l l  Membership
(Class A Member)

• Has one (1) vote for each interest / membership.
• Choice of designated Phase l / lll availiable lots.
• No permanent lot, must move every two weeks.
• Documentation fee: $200.00 and Background check: $50.00 fee for anyone 18 or older at purchase.
• $775.00 per membership plus $775.00 dues per year (not including assessments).

(Class AA Member)

• Has four (4) votes for each interest / membership.
• Purchase of specifically designated Phase ll lot.
• Deeded membership.
• Documentation fee: $200.00 and Background check: $50.00 fee per adult at purchase.
• $1,000.00 per membership dues per year (not including assessments).

Seasonal Term Membership

• Season 1:  April 15 thru October 15
• Season 2:  October 16 thru April 14 (Off Season)
• No voting rights
• Choice of available lots in the designated seasonal lots
• Use of all facilities for season April 15 – October 15
• $1,300.00/season for water & electric hookup

• $1,600.00 per season for sewer, water and electric hook up
• Additional fee of $50.00 for background check (one time, first time fee)
• Additional charge $150.00 for storage of camper off season.  Also must pay for $300.00 of next year seasonal dues to secure the same lot by Feb 1st
• Season 2 is considered winter camping

All Seasonal Term Memberships are due at time of camping

NO HUNTING is permitted on premises.  Unlicensed vehicles, snow mobiles, ATV’s and 4 wheelers are to be trailered in and out of the property.  NO RIDING OF SNOW MOBILES, ATV’S AND 4 WHEELERS is permitted on the campground property.  Riding of these vehicles out of the campground, lot and back into the campground is only permitted when leaving the area to go riding off campground property.  ALL SPEEDS ARE TO BE KEPT AT 10 MPH.
